QUAD Tiger Padel Racket

3K Carbon is a fabric with 3 thousand filaments per stitch, widely used in the aerospace industry. We produce this racket with two sheets of 3K carbon, a more flexible material, in order to guarantee greater ball output in a more defensive shot. The EVA 3D HIGHQ is a three-layer core with variable density: higher density at the edges and lower density in the center. The softer central layer provides absorption and comfort, while the denser outer layers ensure maximum power.
This core was laboratory calibrated to optimize energy return without compromising material performance.

When removing the hole, there is a need to create technology that guarantees friction to the racket. In this way, the Rough Surface was created, a rough base, which creates a good sensation for applying effects and for holding the ball.

This racket has a particularity, its synthetic leather grip. The grip is antibacterial (ISO 22196:2011), improves pressure between the hand and the racket handle, absorbs vibrations, guarantees grip and comfort and is resistant to traction, tearing and abrasion (ISO 12947-1.2).

Removing most of the holes allows the racket to stay light without losing the structural hardness that defines a QUAD racket, resulting in a racket that's light, fast and agile, without compromise.

Removing most of the racket's holes adds extra hardness to a lightweight frame, but it also increases air resistance during the shot. To offset this, the remaining holes are elongated and strategically placed, allowing air to flow through the racket and keeping every shot fast and comfortable.
