Shipping policy
After we receive your order, the processing time is 1 business day under normal conditions. Once the order processing is completed, we send a collection request to the carrier, and you will receive an email with the tracking number shortly after.
If your order includes personalized items, the shipping date will be provided separately.
International Shipping
For international orders, we work with the world's leading express carriers — DHL, UPS, and FedEx — to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your destination.
Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated from the dispatch date.
Duties & Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
Prices displayed on our website include Portuguese VAT (23%). For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will not be charged.
However, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. QUAD ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for all non-EU destinations.
