QUAD offers a range of premium padel and sports products for sale. All prices displayed on our website include Portuguese VAT (23%) where applicable. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products, including pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time.

5. Orders

When you place an order through QUAD, you are making an offer to purchase products based on these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. All orders are subject to availability.

6. Payment

We accept payment through Shopify's secure payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. In case of any issues with your payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1 business day under normal conditions. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. QUAD is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. For international shipments, we work with leading express carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. 8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

QUAD ships internationally on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid / DAP – Delivered At Place) basis. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT applicable in the destination country, and any administrative fees charged by the carrier or customs authority.

QUAD has no control over customs processes or associated charges and cannot predict their amount. Failure to pay customs duties may result in the order being returned or abandoned. In such cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
