Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns
- You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Items need to be new, unused, and in their original packaging/condition.
- Custom or personalised products can’t be returned, since they’re made especially for you.
Refunds
- As soon as we get your item back and check it, we’ll process your refund.
- Your refund will be sent to the same payment method you used when buying, within 10 days of approval.
- The refund doesn’t include the shipping costs from your original order.
- The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Faulty or Defective Products

How to Return or Exchange Your Order
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Use your email to log in. No password is required — simply enter the verification code sent to the same email address used for your order.
Step 2: Request a Return or Exchange
- Go to your profile page and navigate to “Orders.”
- Click on “Request Return” for the order you wish to return or exchange.
Step 3: Provide Return or Exchange Details
- Select the reason for the return.
- If you want to exchange your item, mention the desired replacement in the notes section.
Step 4: Confirmation and Instructions
- You will receive an email with the status of your request.
- If your return or exchange is approved, ship the item to the following address:

Step 5: Exchanges and Price Adjustments
- For exchanges involving a price difference:
- If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the difference.
- If the new item is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
