Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, with no reason needed. You can do so at any time from the moment you place your order.
Prefer not to log in? Email store@quad-sports.com with your name and order number. We’ll confirm receipt by email.
How to Cancel, Return, or Exchange Your Order
Log in to your account at account.quad-sports.com using your email address. No password needed: just enter the verification code sent to your email.
Step 1: Go to Orders
Navigate to your profile page and open “Orders.”
Step 2: Choose Your Action
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, click “Cancel Items” to cancel it immediately, free of charge.
- If your order has already arrived, click “Return Items” to start a return or exchange.
Step 3: Provide Details (returns and exchanges only)
You are not required to give a reason for your return. If asked, you can select “Other” or leave a note. If you’d like an exchange, mention the desired replacement in the notes section.
Step 4: Confirmation and Instructions
You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation or return request, with the date and time it was submitted. Then ship the item to:

Step 5: Exchanges and Price Adjustments
If the new item is more expensive, you’ll receive an invoice for the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Conditions
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships, following the steps above. Once you cancel, you’ll receive a full refund, including shipping costs, to your original payment method.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still withdraw from your purchase by requesting a return, as described above.
Returns
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return it, with no reason needed. The 14-day period starts from delivery of the last item in your order and includes weekends and public holidays.
You may handle the product as you would in a store to check its characteristics. Please return it with its original packaging and accessories. If the product shows use beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the corresponding loss of value from your refund.
Custom or personalised products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.
Refunds
We’ll refund you within 14 days of your cancellation or return request, to the same payment method used at purchase. For returns, we may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have shipped it.
Please note:
- Your refund includes the standard shipping costs of your original order. If you chose a faster or premium delivery option, we will refund only the cost of our standard shipping.
- If you return only part of your order, original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you received a faulty product, please visit our Warranty page for instructions on how to proceed. Return costs for faulty products are covered by us.
Legal Framework
This policy respects your right of withdrawal as set out in Decree-Law 24/2014, Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673, which require that withdrawing from a purchase be as simple as placing it. This section does not limit any other rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
